These shower tabs contain lavender essential oil to promote relaxation and a goodnight's sleep. Created to help you unwind and drift off to sleep peacefully. Sweet dreams await

Ingredients:  sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, Lavandula angustifolia oil, aqua

To use:  Place one tab in the shower out of the direct water stream.  The steam will help release the essential oils into the air.
